Well known for his sharp wit as well as his originalist approach to the Constitution, Justice Scalia consistently asks more questions during oral arguments and makes more comments than any other Supreme Court justice. "I just landed and I’m hearing it’s a big topic," Trump said. "But they say they found a pillow on his face, which is a pretty unusual place to find a pillow."
All these reviews of Roberts. Is he retiring after Biden is sworn in?
I would think it’s an effort to support the ‘no vote fraud’ lie.
Biden will never be sworn in.
I don’t think Scalia was murdered. Two huge reasons
1) Scalia’s wife said he died of disease in such a way as to dispense with any speculations
2) Thomas is a warrior patriot. He is in a position to know. He would not sit mute if he thought something different.
I believed this from the get go, scalia was taken out. Roberts is a coward puke of a man who is compromised, china dirty and Epstein dirty
Probably retiring so no one will investigate him and his ties to unsavory characters. We know he has never heard of ‘Justice’, has he never heard of ‘the long arm of the law’? He belongs in jail with the rest of the criminals. Preferably a Mexican or Chinese jail.
Thomas was not “in a position to know,” any more than you or I. He wasn’t there the night Scalia died.

And, in matters of law, you trust Scalia’s wife, but in matters of forensic science, you trust Clarence Thomas not saying anything about it, ahead of a forensic scientist telling you about it ?

Thomas did not object to my post, therefore he’s validated it.
One thing for sure in the state of TX an unwitnessed death must be reported to the medical examiner. A medical examiner would have come to the scene and examined, written reports, and likely have ordered an autopsy in this case. Unless he was related to the left wing judges in this country or to John Roberts himself. /sarc
Roberts is a fraud and a severe disappointment.
Whoever Congress "certifies" on 01/06 will take the oath of office on 01/20. That unfortunately may be Joe Biden.
That cannot be stopped. There's no mechanism for doing so.
