Went to Elway’s at the Ritz Carlton in Denver. (My daughter insisted.) On the way out, the mgr asked how everything was. I didn’t deliberately set out to be a wise guy, but the only thing I could force out was “Ordinary. Very, very ordinary.”
If for some reason I decided to host a dinner party, and I served my guests what Elway’s served me, I would consider the party a failure.

The GOP establishment loves their sheeple. That’s why Cornyn and McConnell have no fear of knifing Trumpnin the back. They know that Republican sheeple will still support them as soon as Newsweek or some Democrat criticizes them for something, even if the criticism is valid - like showing off a steal dinner after they’ve noted down the stimulus checks that Trump asked for.
If you are going to post on social media as a high level elected official, there is a tactical nature to it. The optics are bad talking about food when many people are suffering thanks to lockdowns.

That’s a $125 steak, and since I just found out that my employer may be going out of business soon due to the lockdown, I won’t be buying any, thank you.
I’ve never asked for a government handout in my life, but I couldn’t afford to send back the $1200 stimulus check back to the treasury. My own business was wiped out early last year due to gov’t mandates.
