I’ve been saying for a while now that Lin Wood is a Deep State plant just working on running down the clock as much as he can and divert what could be cogent effective action on areas that are clearly indicative of electoral malfeasance into other areas that are just kooky. I’ve also said that Powell is similar - running down the clock as well, but maybe she’s not a DS plant. I am still waiting for the kraken though.
But assuming you’re correct and this is an(other) example of ‘9D chess’ where he is trying to bait a defamation suit for discovery, then unfortunately that would still be ineffective. All Chief Justice Roberts would do is ignore it. He only needs to ignore it until the 20th of this month at the latest. Chief Justice Roberts is many things, a number of them very suspect, but one thing he’s not is stupid. He will not walk into a bait blindly like one of those WWE ‘wrestling’ shows I watched as a kid, where after a bait the opponent blindly rushes onto a punch. I believe CJ Roberts is strongly anti-Trump, and he will wait it out until the 20th.
So, if Lin Wood is actually legit and is doing some sort of 9D chess, then I hope he really knows what he’s doing because he’s up against some real slippery serpents.
