Nope.
Unconstitutional.
Far left states like New York may setup up road blacks to prevent people from coming into New York, but then nobody wants to visit New York City right now anyways.
Meanwhile. free states like South Dakota will happily welcome any and all visitors even as their hotels and restaurants make a fortune.
