Unless you have rewritten the ACLS algorithms and not told the AHA? even more true if advanced airway support is present and I would be very surprised if a net did not have a bag valve mask or even LMA available.
That is incorrect. He is EMS. His license specifies ACLS. Part of that algorithm is ventilation.
