Our favorite Minnesota Muslim Omar sponsored a separate HR version in June. It went to committee and never came out. I suppose the NDAA of 2021 had it in August...but it was ripped out somewhere between the HR and S.4049.
With just Article I Sec 8 of the US Constitution, the President has all the authority he needs, without the Insurrection Act to place the Militia of the Several States under him. All of them. To include the unorganized militia of males 17-45.
Ponder that.

With over 5,000 plus pages AND the fact that no one got to read it prior to the vote, Omar’s language could be slipped in or out just like illegal ballots in a Dominion voting machine. Seriously, do you doubt for one second that this could not be a possibility?
