according to CNN there is no foreign aid in the bill and POTUS doesn’t know how legistlation is processed OR he is lying lol
Foreign Aid and handouts to the Kennedy Arts etc. should all be stripped of this bill period........so much ‘political fluff’ having nothing to do with covid should have never been signed!
