Yes they do. They were just acting out, being defiant and ruining it for others.
I find most blacks act within the stripper/prostitute culture including the twerking which is nothing but a stripper move. Even Mike Obama did it.

I assume Kevin Kelley is himself Black.
If he were White, this would be national, if not international news - and calls for condemnation, boycott, pulling his business license and loud protests, if not riots would be taking place outside of his business.
Of course, according to them, there is no connection between massive shop lifting, rioting, looting and other mayhem that drive these business out of their neighborhoods, thereby creating a "food desert."
The ONLY possible explanation is "white supremacy and "priviledge."
While I wish Americans would accept service charges instead of tipping even I tip until that day comes.
White Twitter is known as “Parler.”
My question remains: Why not White Twitter? If blacks can have a Black Twitter, surely whites can have a White Twitter.
My sister teaches math at a boarding school in inner city Baltimore. The problem is the kids go home Friday and Saturday nights and stay at the school the other five nights. So they have to de-ghettoize the kids five days after they get re-ghettoized at home for two days.
It usually takes the first two months of the new school year to reverse the ghetto indoctrination the kids get during summer break.
I feel for the kids. They have to “go ghetto” to survive at home. Then they have to act civilized at school to get ahead.
Many of them simply cannot do it. Then they go twerk on tabletops at fancy restaurants.

I’ve been in a restaurant in D.C. full of black people and the noise was deafening. They get loud!

Black people simply have a larger part of the population who are more unsophisticated and know less of the outside world, which may be due to many factors - poverty, education, narrow world view etc…
I have some white cousins, who are in the old style of “country cousins.” Some of their boys were at a wedding, where they took some champaign being reserved for after the dinner, got a bit drunk, acted like fools, started a fight, and the cops were called. All at a wedding reception. Not exactly what the bride had in mind for her “special day.” I didn’t blame it on their skin color.
Of course, these people where greatly shamed by the family and those around them - and shaming seems to be something also less prevalent in some parts of black culture and society.
