Same here. This cycling route would not be my cup o' tea or first choice, either. At the same time it is not a vast ten-lane superhighway. It is a smaller highway traversing the desert. The DUI truck driver needed to be sober, in full control of his vehicle, and mindful of other lawful roadway users. He will be punished.
