I'm surprised SCOTUS put this on the docket!

Are they mocking TX's (& the other, supporting states) claim? Or is this some kind of indication of how serious they see this?

....put another way, I've no doubt SCOTUS is receiving THOUSANDS of Motions && Amicus brief's regarding this.

Yet, this one winds up on the docket.
