Judge Denies Publication of Forensic Audit of Dominion Machines in Antrim County. Judge Kevin Elsenheimer is a judge, lawyer and politician from Republican Party and a former minority leader of the Michigan House of Representatives. He was appointed 13th Circuit Court Judge by Governor Rick Snyder in January 2017.
Why?
Someone needs to leak or hack the info anyway.
Hiding evidence is itself a felony and shows complicity with the crime.
Why is this even in breaking news?
It’s just one county in Michigan, no?
Lou Dobbs did not get into why in the interview. It was at the request of the Michigan AG. I know from another article there is a protective order because it is Dominion proprietary software.
If that one county shows evidence of fraud through vote flipping don’t you think that is significant and likely systemic?
The frog in boiling water analogy applies here.
Just one county.
Just one judge.
Just one denial of transparency.
Grand Jury Evidence?.....................
Michigan is thoroughly corrupt.
Simple fix.
Have team members sign affidavits as to their findings.
Get Rudy to depose the members.
It is just a denial of publication.
The judge can’t “gag” them individually or as a team.

Did he give the reason why?
These are the only possibilities from the audit:
1) There are problems with the voting machine
2) There are no problems with the voting machine
If #2, they should GLADLY announce it.
If #1, they sure as hell need to let the public know WHAT the problems are because this could also be the same problems occurring in places using the same machines. We all have a stake in knowing that our votes are counted fairly and accurately.
In either case, the public needs to know.
What was the judge’s REASONS for withholding the publication?

There are claims of widespread fraud. Those machines used in the other States where there are claims of fraud. It is more than one county using those machines.
New media and different Government office holders keep claiming there is no evidence of Fraud.
The report might show direct evidence of the Election being hack. The report is important if it shows evidence. If it does not show evidence why suppress it.
After this is over their ‘proprietary software’ will be their downfall.
I predict a bankruptcy filing in February.....................
Someone needs to “violate” this illegal court order and make it known.
I am ice cold angry about State governments and all the Courts denying and refusing any form of audit or transparency to our election. No signature matching audit anywhere is allowed. No DVS or Smartmatic machine analysis allowed to be made public. Not even a single State has been willing to acknowledge or look at statistical results showing the number of dead voters, underage voters, multiple state voters, out of state voters, unregistered voters voting. Not one location has been willing to address ejection of poll watchers or the prevention of their oversight.

The audit results, which are voter tallies, are separate from and have noting to do whatsoever with the inner workings of the software that produces them.

It’s almost good that he’s doing this. It just confirms that there was fraud. If the machines were “clean”, the info would be published everywhere all day long.
Because someone doesn’t want the truth to get out.
