FTA: With platforms like Patreon
I see their name on various Youtube channels. I look at people who are sailing or traveling around the world and they sponsor them.
There are many youtube channels that get many millions of views and make the owners lots of money. I also view tech and car and tv and movie reviews and other channels and they generally state please subscribed as Youtube/Google drops the subscribers randomly. The more subscribers the more money the content providers make. The less then Google gets the ad money.
Google of course then tries to either reduce payments to them as they want the ad revenue and or cancel them if they do not like the opinions expressed.
