Tucker was not saying anything related to the severity of the virus or implying that is it isn’t is nasty as we all know it is. The article (and I guess Tucker) is just revealing that the CDC has been testing blood samples from before last December and finding COVID antibodies in them. So Tucker is merely indicating that the virus was here before we thought it was, and, some people likely knew about it.
Perhaps you misunderstood the article.
We had a family member who caught the second wave of Spanish Flu as a child and lived to tell about it.
The nation has seen far worse bugs than WuFlu.

I don’t doubt what she sees. Of the people I know and work with only a few have come down with covid and none of them were seriously ill. I believe what I see. What I hear from the media and our leaders I’m suspicious of because of their likely political motives.
The ICU sees nothing but the seriously ill or injured. The ICU sees deaths and tragedy all the time. I’m suspicious of the medical people that are interviewed on TV that seem so upset by the single illness, corona.
Another comment on Tucker’s thoughts: I care much less about where corona originated than about the impact it’s having. What impact is it having? There’s a “real” impact, and a secondary impact caused by the media and government.
Comments like yours are so tiresome. Tucker says not one word about the virus being fake or that people aren’t getting sick. If you had actually read or watched Tucker’s report you might have understood that and not posted such an entirely unrelated comment.

23 years of critical care & anesthesia and never in my career have I seen anything worse than H1N1. This COVID nonsense doesn’t even come close.
It’s serious, no doubt. My wife is a nurse as well.
As early as Oct 2019 she was telling me about people coming in with flu like symptoms that tested negative for everything they could test for. They were treating it (the symptoms) like flu, but many were coming back with upper respiratory issues.
There was something going on and the only ones prepared for it were the ones that brought it over. They got what they wanted: dead people to vote for Biden and millions of untraceable mail-in ballots for insurance.
The China-Biden virus was a huge success.
The Constitution is dead, long live the king. All pledge allegiance to the United Socialist States of America.
Setting aside the abject fear of the Communist Chinese virus -- arguably justifiable ... to a point -- consider the terrible price Americans have paid by turning over their lives and the lives of their children and by leaving their financial future to the whims of politicians, unelected bureaucrats and, of course, "The Experts":
-- who have been wrong with most mandates they have forced American citizens to obey (e.g., universal masking; 6-foot safety zones; quarantines and lockdowns; increasingly severe restrictions on private businesses and everyday living), none of which has down a damn thing to "slow down the spread of the virus" over the past nine months and which, in more than a few instances, they have exempted themselves, their families and their close political associates from;
-- who have, with each new diktat, maintained a high level of fear, distrust, depression and outright anger among the citizens of their respective states;
-- who have suspended Constitutionally-guaranteed Liberties and God-given (formerly, "unalienable" rights) because they have a "good reason" to do so;
-- who have self-anointed themselves and their unelected politburos with vast, seemingly omnipotent new powers, none of which have been even considered -- or in many cases allowed by them to be considered -- by the elected representatives of the citizens of the various states;
-- who have stolen -- literally destroyed -- a year of the lives of American children by subjecting them to their ineffective -- often irrational -- mandates, restrictions and lockdowns; and, worst of all,
-- they have lied -- not exaggerated -- but outright lied to American citizens about much of what they have done, about the real psychological and physical harm they have caused to individuals, and about the severe damage to our economic system and, even more important, American society through their deliberate actions. And, by their words and actions (i.e., their practice of "political theater") more than a few of these neo-petty tyrants appear to enjoy -- to actually relish in -- their opportunistic tyranny and celebrity ... a truly horrifying thought indeed.
Consider for a moment what life would be like if many people weren't so burdened by fear and by, what they must know but appear to have suppressed, the damage they are personally causing to themselves, to their families and to their country by accepting what are clearly the crushing, Liberty-destroying deliberate actions of your state's mere politicians, unelected bureaucrats and, of course, their "experts of choice" (i.e., despite their solemn pronouncements these politicians and unelected bureaucrats are not "following the science"; they're following scientists who support their objectives).
Too many frightened Americans may have convinced themselves that the things we have been subjected to and compelled to do over the past three-quarters of a year and with no end in sight are not "a big deal" and that they are not "sacrificing liberty", but these things clearly do just that ... and Americans are beginning to express their frustrations and are beginning to take action against these ego-driven, politically-inspired ego maniacs which is something we must not discourage lest we discover too late that the tyranny taking root in America is too entrenched to stop and reverse.
