“Silver Spoons” actor Ricky Schroder on Tuesday defended his role in getting Kenosha, Wisconsin, killer Kyle Rittenhouse freed on a $2 million bond, saying he was “infuriated” when he saw the teenager being vilified in the press.
Schroder, an avid supporter of gun ownership and 30-year NRA member, said during an exclusive telephone interview with The Post that he’s putting up “hundreds of thousands” of dollars for the bond and the 17-year-old’s legal defense as he awaits trial on murder charges in the deaths of two protesters and the wounding of a third on Aug. 25.

Boy I KNEW Schroder grew up in Staten Island.
I recall possibly meeting him when he was a kid. Mother was friends with one of my aunt’s friends and we would all play on the same block.
Wasn’t more than a few times at most.
So I looked him up to read and double check because I was excited to brag that he was from Staten Island.
I am THRILLED he did this.
I’m not thrilled that during my search I read that he clocked his woman twice recently :(
That doesn’t make what he’s doing any less great.
I just always kind of though of him as a clean cut kid and a good guy ALL the times.
But who can meet that kind of unrealistic expectation?
I didn’t put a dime towards the bail, so even though that bothered me, I am still proud that he is from Staten Island.
He just needs to work on the other thing.

My cousin from brooklyn told me Scott was a movie star and I laughed.
Then Scott told me about his movie that would be coming out..it’s a cute movie about kid gangsters.
I think I met some other folks at my uncle’s house.
He was a big shot in Bay Ridge so he knew a lot of people.

I think he’s been “Rick Schroeder” for the last few years.
Kyle Rittenhouse is a 17 year old child attacked by a Democrat Pedophile and Democrat woman beater.....just like another teenaged child Emmitt Till.
The only difference is that Rittenhouse was armed. If Till had had an AR-15, he’d be alive today
