A lot to go through. So far I haven’t seen anything unexpected based on the accusations so far. Talks about the software being designed to cheat, poll watchers being kept away based on a lie regarding a burst pipe, Unrequested absentee ballots etc

As explained and demonstrated in the accompanying redacted
declaration of a former electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military Intelligence with experience gathering SAM missile system electronic intelligence, the Dominion software was accessed by agents acting on behalf of China and Iran in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent US general election in 2020. This Declaration further includes a copy of the patent records for Dominion Systems in which Eric Coomer is listed as the first of the inventors of Dominion Voting Systems. (See Attached hereto as Exh. 8, copy of redacted witness affidavit, 17 pages, November 23, 2020).
What do we make of this? That people who use “kraken” are really sad

I just completed reading the full 104 pages. Well presented. Follows the maxim of “Tell them what you are going to say. Tell them. Tell them what you just said”. Legibly lays out the supporting facts. Legibly lays out the state and federal statutes, constitutional issues and associated precedents.
The strongest request for relief was for the presidential election. I would have liked to see an equally hard emphasis on the option of canceling the entire November 3 general election and conducting an entire do-over of the down ballot.
Ms. Powell did good.
