And it knows time zones, and standard vs daylight time.

Or if I unplug my clock at 9:59 pm?
Not only that, it knows WHEN to appear strategically. The virus is certain to appear during Trump rallies, in-school learning, Thanksgiving family gatherings, Sunday morning church services, and indoor dining at restaurants and bars. But the virus is careful to avoid showing up at Biden Victory Parties, BLM rallies, any other type of urban rioting and rooting, liquor stores, marijuana dispensaries, and any fun social event or lobbyist meeting hosted by a Democrat governor, as well as any public activity their kids want to participate in.
