David Kallman is the lawyer that brought his certification injunction case to the MI Supreme Court. It was rejected as moot by the court because the certification went through but several of the judges expressed shock at the detail and depth of corruption that his affidavits documented and have strongly indicated he should return with his case based on a fraud charge rather than injunctive relief. It isn’t over by a long shot.
