I guess if Biden gets into the WH and catches it by playing the usual “Rules for thee, but not for me” game, he can get the Regeneron, and our current President will say, “You’re welcome.”

This should be interesting - these antibodies could literally turn the tide, so to speak, against this latest proliferation.

One infusion can place someone in a state of immunity for about 2-3 months without a vaccination. All HCPs working in direct patient care should get it first followed by first responders.

Old people do not respond well to vaccines so the antibody treatment presents a more effective, albeit temporary, protection. Lets hope there is tons of the stuff to go around.

Well, not exactly free, but Trump promised it at no cost to the patient.

I am of firm belief that Biden’s handlers was instrumental in trying to delay the roll out and approval of the vaccine to make it look like he was the almighty savior. I also found it suspicious that most of Trump’s cabinet all got the COVID virus during the campaign no matter what the report stated. My suspicion was to have Trump get COVID purposefully once a vaccine was close to being completed. Then have Trump take the vaccine to verify it works. Then he pushed all of his cabinet and staff to get it so that they were also part of the proof that it worked. All I am saying is that Trump’s infection seemed circumspect and what better way to garner empathy with the American people than to show he was not immune from getting it and then recovering.

DISCLOSURE: I voted for Trump both times and continue to support Trump.

It’s a fair enough guess. The way government works nowadays, it’s definitely not out of the question.

I voted for him twice as well, and still support him at this time, too.

don’t know the retail price but Trump has promised that it will be made avail for free (govt purchased), with some 50,000 doses on order pending approval. (and now that it has approval that order may increase)

The news in Texas for several days is that 300 hospitals here have been given distributions of this, in order to ease crowding in the hospitals. Laredo was particularly mentioned as having an acute need. BTW, Laredo is located at the Mexican border, at the southern end of I-35.
