I have a feeling strategic cheating has alway been the normal part of the system but they just went over the top this time and got caught. It would explain why they need so much money for "campaigning" (paying the election merceneries). Perhaps they have to buy leverage. It might be why Hillary was so shocked. She probably paid big for the cheatwin and got ripped off.

But I think they will get away with it again.
