This Newsmax interview with a "Brian Trascher – a political commentator and member of the Trump Recount Committee" suggests that there was, in fact, a German server tallying election results that is currently being analyzed. Start at about 2:45 for the relevant part.
He said they were pulling data off the servers that was shocking
I have a theory about the US Military presence. No way Trump could trust the FBI to take possession of that server, so he went to the military to maintain chain of custody.
Do we get to go 3-0 against Germany now?

A lot of the “debunking” of the German server story is about an alleged US Military raid, but not so much about whether the server actually existed and was used to tally votes.

The “debunking” of something is nothing more than some liberal merely standing on some soap box and loudly proclaiming “This is debunked.”

All this “be nice. Be polite” crap is just submitting to the evil because too scared to confront the evil. It’s how we got to this FUBAR place in the first place.

I am skeptical but it is possible that:
1) there was no US Military raid. It is unlikely; and
2) there was a raid or seizure by some authority that did yield the servers or they were turned over voluntarily.
So, the servers can exist and the means to obtain them as reported can be a myth.
The US Military did not seize a private server in Germany.
The Pentagon is not anxious to commit an act of war there anytime soon.

And there it is. An insistence based on the sloppy wording of the usual bad reporting.
1. The servers were seized. We’ve had confirmation.
2. If there was any war dec, it was Germany by allowing the interference with our election.
