I’m no lawyer but this could be a very good thing. Wouldn’t they have to prove their case in order to prevail?

Yes, Joe will have tell his judge his standing for presenting the case. He’d have to prove a very specific thing: that he IS the President-Elect.

Yes, they would, but I also am no lawyer. AG Barr announced yesterday that there would be no certification until all voter fraud is settled.

And the certification has to be in that lawful realm the dems are allergic to pretty much leaving the dems high and dry with their bulldozer media moves.
