Actually it wouldn’t be a probem for Biden to front the money. Soros is funding this effort along with corporate oligarchs. I don’t know how much cash they put in commercials but here in PA it was wall-to-wall ads for Biden, he literally bought up the airwaves.

If he wins in court then the constitution requires a transition of power on inauguration day. Everything else is just professional courtesy and I’d be damned if I’d offer that to someone who rigged and stole an election.

There will be a formal transition as soon as the electors cast their ballots. As of right now, we are in the same situation as 2016 and 2000. All the votes have not yet been validated.

In 2000, Gore did not reconcede nor did Clinton release transition funds until after the Supreme Court ended the dispute. Neither Bush nor Gore was out there acting as President in that time either.
