It only makes sense that he said they allegedly had a voter fraud detection system in place. Not saying he always says coherent things, but not likely he would advertise that they were involved in creating fraud. It is much ado about nothing. We should just let it play out in the courts instead of getting wrapped around the axle with these types of things.
