You would think. Just like in AV / production, the cameras are always rolling, and it's likely records are going. Especially when the presenter asks if they're not being recorded :p Likewise, anytime you find any kind of digital evidence, you make copies!

I put the part about stealing the election in the second blurb. The used the Hammer and Scorecard system to steal the 2012 election. A whistleblower came forward in 2015 and provided the FBI 47 hard drives of information. They had been spying on Trump and many others including Justice Roberts for years using the same system they used to steal the 2012 election, Hammer and Scorecard. The person the hard drives were turned into at the FBI was the General Counsel James Baker. He was removed for passing Russia collusion information to the press. The hard drives were later provided to Deven Nunes by the whistleblower. Sydney Powell in an interview with Lou Dobbs said the Hammer and Scorecard were used to steal the election and will be a part of the lawsuit that is filed on Monday.
