While the mainstream media was doing a victory lap for former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), the Trump campaign held a press conference about voter fraud in Pennsylvania.
"Let me just give you one concrete example, not anecdotal, but concrete example of what we believe to be valid voted fraud in the State of Pennsylvania," Trump campaign senior adviser Corey Lewandowski said during Saturday's press conference. "I draw you to the attention of an obituary listed for Denise [inaudible] of Allegheny County. Born 9/10/1946, deceased 10/22/2020. Her application to vote was received on 10/23, the day after she died. It was then mailed by the county back to her on 10/24/2022, two days after she had legally passed away and then the ballot was received back at the county office on November 2nd, 2020 and when you go to the Secretary of State's website today, it says that she voted in this election, effective November 2nd 2020, a full nine days after ... passed away."
According to Lewandowski, the media needs to "do their job" and dig deeper to find additional examples.

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani cited another example of dead people voting in this election, including boxer Joe Frazier, a longtime Republican, who died five years ago.
"Joe continues to vote. If I recall correctly, Joe was a Republican, so maybe I shouldn't complain," Giuliani said sarcastically. "But we should go see if Joe is voting Republican or Democrat now from the grave."
"Also, Will Smith's father has voted here twice since he died. I don't know how he votes since he's always voted secret," he said. "In Philadelphia, they keep the votes of dead people secret. At least that is something you can be commended for."

Despite multiple members of the press saying they need more "evidence" of what's taking place, these instances are being ignored. Same thing goes for United States Postal Service whistleblowers who have stepped forward to say postmasters are backdating the dates ballots were received. A USPS whistleblower revealed his identity on Friday after higher-ups saw his Thursday interview with Project Veritas. According to Richard Hopkins, a carrier in Erie, Pennsylvania, his supervisors and others above him were ordering carriers to backdate ballots that were received after Election Day.
There have been a string of USPS whistleblower cases that Project Veritas has made public. Project Veritas released their first video of a United States Postal Service worker in Traverse City, Michigan, coming forward to expose their supervisor, Johnathan Clarke, potentially engaging in voter fraud. The second video released Thursday afternoon allegedly shows a USPS worker in Las Vegas, Nevada, talking about handing over a "handful" of ballots to an undercover journalist. The blank ballots were collected because they were allegedly sent to the wrong address. The third video was Hopkins' original report. Video number four was of a USPS whistleblower in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania who claimed supervisors and other higher-ups are ordering carriers to backdate ballots that were received after Election Day.

You gotta get your case together if you bring it before a judge. Monday is plenty. I think Trump is moving plenty fast. Has North Carolina even declared a winner yet?

This is fine, but they had better have a lot more than an isolated dead vote here or there when they go to the Supreme Court. The fraud was systemic and organized. Even now, there is much better evidence to cite than this. They need to be highlighting the things that are flat impossible without fraud, and that are big enough to matter, like precincts in which the “votes” cast outnumber the total possible voter pool by as much as 200%.

Note that voting rights amendments ratified after 14A was ratified have possibly changed how Section 2’s penalty should be calculated imo.
Over 10,000 Dead Requested Ballots in Detroit Area
Let's say that no Detroit Trump supporters were denied their right to vote. However, it remains that because of 14A's "in any way abridged" clause, Michigan committed a crime against bona-fide voters and gets punished with 14A's percentage loss of seats in the House of Representatives imo.

If even one legitimate voter is disenfranchised by any means, that’s a “grand scale”. It’s what America is all about, i.e., “one person, one vote”. Pouring Hefty bags full of phony ballots into the mix disenfranchises every legal voter and negates thousands of votes.

Unfortunate as it may be, judges interpret and factor into their decisions what they discern to be the will of the people, insofar as they believe they can "get away with it."
Liberal judges do that ~70% of the time, conservatives ~5%.
Many Pro-Biden judges will stiff conservatives with impunity if they think conservatives currently show they will just "lay back and take it."

Trump has a relationship with his supporters, unlike any other politician. And he has earned that by speaking directly to us. Nothing will change that.
6 days isn’t a deal breaker- they were gathering evidence, witnesses, numbers & statistics, and it could be that until Biden was declared President, they wouldn’t have a case.
Some in FNC, like the Fox and Friends crew from Monday through friday and the weekend crew, also Tucker Carlson, Hannity, Jesse Watters and Judge Jeanine Pirro
They have the political momentum now. Civics 101. Doesn’t matter who’s in the position now. They have a better hand and have won the game today. More civics lessons aren’t going to change that.
Now momentum can be dealt with separately. To slow or stop momentum, in physics, you need a force that acts opposite the motion. While TRUTH may be that “Force” today, I personally, don’t think it’s going to help at this stage. The momentum is to great.
Focus on what can be changed & protected. Watch the remaining races and BE LOUD EARLY. Work together to build a 2024 strategy. Design and build the party we want, not what we are. We may be down...but not out.
The president made great sacrifice to get us here. Let’s figure out our 2.0 version.
