Cuomo is off the rails totalitarian. The positivity rate of NY testing has been below 2% since summer, the death rate in deep decline to double digits weekly, prob most sick people over 85 ( we are not being kept honestly informed). Remember when it was 15 days, then another 30 days to flatten the curve?

And what has happened since we accepted that?
Ever deepening subjugation of healthy people who are treated as lepers if they become even asymptomatic or mildly ill under state ( not science) mandates ... and look where it is happening.
