If true, this means that Arizona has been officially Californicated. Unfortunately, the disease is spreading rapidly.
Californicators are the reason Nevada is so Blue, now. After the Northridge Quake, they moved to Vegas in droves and a good 50% of them had moved to CA from NY. So Cal-NY has well and truly spoiled NV and is doing the same to AZ.
