First lady Melania Trump has cast her vote, stopping in at a voting center in Palm Beach close to President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort.
Asked why she didn’t vote with the Republican president last week, the first lady told reporters on Tuesday: “It’s Election Day so I wanted to come here to vote today for the election.”
The first lady waved and smiled to reporters. She was the only person not wearing a mask to guard against the coronavirus when she entered the Morton and Barbara Mandel Recreation Center to vote, presumably for her husband.
Mrs. Trump’s spokesperson, Stephanie Grisham, says the first lady was the only person in the polling site, with the exception of a couple of poll workers and her own staffers, all of whom were tested.
Grisham says no one was near the first lady “because of social distancing and the privacy” people receive when they vote.

And she doesn't have to wear a mask - she's already been infected and has recovered. She cannot catch nor transmit the virus.
You wear a mask so YOU don’t spread it around to others.
The First Lady has had it and is now immune. She won’t get it or spread it to others.
She had the Wuhan flu, she's immune and cannot spread it. sheeesh.

Actually, it’s extremely unlikely that she can. There’s only 22 reported cases of reinfection worldwide. Obviously there’s other variables, but if you treated this as random then you would be seeing a chance of less than 1 percent for reinfection.
Yeah. From a medical perspective she can neither get infected, or spread the virus so she (and POTUS) do not need to wear a mask for a minimum of 3 months.
I wish people like myself can explain that. These left nuts seem to think COVId is like HIV where you are a life carrier. Never mind that infected people are allowed to vote today according to the CDC.

Horse-puckey. Anyone who says he’s wearing a mask to protect YOU is a lyin’ dog-faced pony soldier.
And even if she was not immune, there’s no mask mandate in Florida.
