Sadly, for every conservative Jew supporting Trump there is likely at least one other who thinks of themselves as Democrats first, Americans second and Jews... maybe.
In good years a Republican can get over 50% of Jewish votes and this just might be a great year for Trump.
Sorry, my bad -- never post numbers from memory!
The truth is the last time Republicans got anywhere near 50% of Jewish votes was SCOTUS Justice Charles Hughes in 1916 (45% against Woodrow Wilson) and Ohio Senator Warren Harding in 1920 (43% against Ohio Governor Cox and US Under-Secretary of the Navy Franklin Roosevelt).
Since then Republican presidential candidates average about 25% of Jewish votes, with peak votes nearing 40% for Eisenhower & Reagan.
If President Trump reaches 50% it will be an all-time record.

The highest percentage of the Jewish vote a post-WW2 GOP Presidential candidate ever received was 40% for Ike in 1956. Heres the rest of the list:
Reagan 39%, 1980
Ike 36%, 1952
Nixon 35%, 1972
GHW Bush 35%, 1988
Reagan 31%, 1984
Romney 30%, 2012
Ford 27%, 1976
Trump 24%, 2016
GW Bush 24%, 2004
McCain 22%, 2008
GW Bush 19%, 2000
Nixon 18%, 1960
Nixon 17%, 1968
Dole 16%, 1996
GHW Bush 11%, 1992 (Perot got 9%)
Goldwater 10%, 1964
Dewey 10%, 1948
If my anecdotal evidence is any indication, Trump will beat the 24% he received last time by a significant margin. I personally know quite a few Jews who are voting GOP for the first time in their lives this time. But we shall see.
