Carter was a terrible President and in way over his head.
But the man was a veteran, a Christian (Southern Baptist), and he loved his country. Terrible President and I disagree with him politically but respect the charity work he’s done since he left office.

Carter’s Christianity is a fakery. He hates Jews and Israel and had no hesitation to exploit and manipulate Black voters (he ran a notoriously racist campaign in 1970 in the Dem primary) to his own ends. A very sleazy phony.
