I’ve come to recognize spelling/grammar variations as fingerprints of writers. Actually this is a forensic discipline. Gather Hunter’s texts & emails, and suspect ones can be validated by statistical analysis of errors, terms, and grammatical options.
Biden was a private citizen in 2017. This is likely perfectly legal; immoral, but legal.
