No wonder people are fleeing L.A. as fast as they can.
The house next door to me (I live outside of LA in a separate city) went up for sale and within hours had 14 buyers, 10 of which started a bidding war. The house was sold for far more than it was offered. There is no “defund the police” here.
Relative in Central California said same: Homes selling in her neighborhood for vastly more than the sale price, some sold sight unseen.
L.A. is on the road to becoming a combination of Detroit and Mexico City - the worst parts.
I left there over 27 years ago because I NO LONGER felt safe.
