Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden is back to calling for a nationwide mask mandate despite previously admitting that the Constitution would prevent him from enforcing it.

Speaking to WISN-ABC on Tuesday, Biden criticized President Donald Trump’s response to the Chinese coronavirus.

I was in a meeting today with a bunch of whiny liberals. During small talk the mask subject came up, and it was off to the races: “Well it (mask mandate) needs to be county-wide!” “No, state-wide!” “No, nation-wide, maybe by Nov. 4th!” 🙄🤢🙄
