Don’t know the law in Penn. with respect to when ALL ballots must be counted but it would seem to me if actual in-person vote tallies were let’s say delayed for a day or so, it just might throw off what the rats “need” to pull a fast one.

The justices split 4-4 Monday over a Republican plea to undo a state court order and force elections officials to ignore absentee ballots received after Election Day, Nov. 3.

The error in the Pennsylvania GOP case was that they argued to overturn the state court order, which gave Roberts the room to side with the liberals.

The GOP legislatures must argue Article II Section 1 separation of powers and make Roberts rule against their plenary Constitutional power to make Electoral College election law and FOR judicial supremacy.
