RE: WHAT IF EVERY CHINESE NATIONAL IN THE USA WHO IS NOT A US CITIZEN WAS EXPELLED AS A NATIONAL SECURITY RISK?
That would be akin ( but not exactly similar ) to FDR putting all people of Japanese extraction in internment camps — simply suspecting every Chinese National as a spy regardless of their personal beliefs.
Heck, we did not even expel non-citizen Muslims in the USA when 911 happened.
There is a difference; many, perhaps most, of the Japanese sent to internment camps were US Citizens.
I believe that expelling non-citizens is different.
I am not a lawyer, and I realize that such a move may not withstand legal scrutiny.
However, we MUST protect our nation! If non-citizen Chinese and Moslem residents present a Clear and Present danger to our FRee Republic, we MUST take all necessary actions to preserve America!
