Will he be open when it’s Trump packing the court?
The day after he is reelected, Trump should go in front of the cameras and announce a committee to lay out a plan to pack the court.
He doesn’t have to do it but it would cause massive strokes and crapping of pants on the part of the democrats. Sometimes you just have to f**k withy their minds.
I'd rather see a Constitutional Amendment to set the court at 9 Justices.
Plus a 2/3 majority of states consent to add a new state.
