A Ukrainian lawmaker has claimed a second laptop belonging to Hunter Biden's business contacts in the country has been seized by law enforcement there.
Andrii Derkach posted to Facebook on Friday to say there is a 'second laptop' involving evidence of corruption and connected to the Bidens, The Daily Beast reports.
Rudy Giuliani, the president's personal lawyer, has said foreign sources did not provide the Hunter Biden emails first reported last week. He says a laptop containing the correspondence and intimate photos was simply abandoned in a Delaware repair shop and the shop owner reached out to Giuliani's lawyer.
The Ukrainian parliamentarian said: 'The facts that confirm international corruption are stored on the second laptop.
'This laptop was handed over to Ukrainian law enforcement officers, and the "workers" themselves are now witnesses in criminal proceedings.'
Derkach is one of Giuliani's principal contacts and was mentioned in an August intelligence assessment that described a concerted Russian effort to disparage Biden. A Treasury Department sanction announcement from last month characterized Derkach as an 'active Russian agent for over a decade.'
Now he claims to know of a second laptop, used by 'two representatives for the interests of [Burisma founder Mykola] Zlochevsky.' Hunter served on the board of directors at Ukrainian energy company Burisma.
In the post Derkach says that laptop 'was given to Ukrainian law enforcement' and that Burisma representatives were now serving as 'witnesses in criminal proceedings.'

This is actually a problem for Giuliani and the NY Post. Adreii Derkach is the Ukrainian politician that heads a pro-Russian faction in his country trying to recover the money that Zholschevsky (Burisma oligarch) and Poroshenko (President) stole from the Ukrainian people. The FBI has maintained that Derkach is providing Russian disinformation to them from earlier evidence he provided.
If he has a laptop with Hunter’s stuff on it the Biden defenders can try to convince people that this was fabricated by the Ruskies and is actually the fake data that the repair guy sent from the laptop he received. It muddies the water enough for the Biden lawyers to try to claim it is disinformation that was passed on.
Giuliani could not have anticipated this and it may actually be Russian interference to discredit the real laptop data in Giuliani’s possession.

As I see it, there can’t be enough trouble for Benedict Biden. He won’t be able to bluster & bully his way out of what is being unleashed.

Just watch, the next set of "talking points" will be that the laptop Rudy has is a copy of the "Russian tainted" laptop. i.e. it's all a Russian plot to meddle in the election.
That will be thrown at the wall to see if it sticks.

This is nota Hunter Biden laptop but a laptop from a Burisma
contact that worked with Hunter. I bet it is true.
They’ve already been saying that for a couple of days now - that’s the narrative.
My take on this story is that employees, (high level), of Burisma have turned over their laptops to the Ukrainian prosecutor, (most likely to avoid having them seized), and that these laptops have incriminating evidence of influence peddling and pay for play. Ukraine is under pressure to clean up the government and private corruption in their country.
I hope your analysis proves correct. The sooner, the better.
