Fire the top 5 floors of the FBI and CIA and start over. These are all leftovers from Obama, Bush, Clinton and have no loyalty to America. There will be plenty of retired cops to replace them.
Kill both agencies!
Why do we need 17 freakin' "intelligence" agencies.
