Isn’t there an executive order against stuff like this? Pull any federal funding... It doesn't matter. It never does.
President Trump can threaten or "order" that no Federal funding go to schools that won't re-open, or colleges and universities that assault Conservative speakers.
But in the end, it's all just talk. No one ever pulls their Federal funds.
Because the .gov class views Trump as an enemy, and not as a boss. Which to be fair, he can’t fire many of the actual people who run things.
I love U.S. Grant, but the civil service reform he did was a bad thing.
