So let’s get this straight:

If someone is arrested for a crime in America, then Chinese persons in America who have committed no crime are left undisturbed.

But if the person arrested is a Chinese citizen of the PRC, then Americans in China are arrested for no crime other than being American?

Did I get that right?

Is there any doubt China is conducting a surreptitious war against America?

The definition of crimes in communist countries is pretty flexible, you know. A lot depends on if the authorities like you or hate you. There’s no rule of law in the strict sense.
