Nope. But he will allow some of the throng of gushing fans to touch his suit coat hem and say "we love you Mr. President" and he will answer questions such as "Is Michelle really as stunningly beautiful and sweet in person as shown in her illustrated coffee table books I have?"
Biden told reporters at an Amtrak station in Wilmington, Delaware, that he'd asked Obama not to issue an endorsement of him during the Democrat primary.
BIDEN: "I asked President Obama not to endorse me," he said. "Whoever wins this nomination should win it on their own merits."

Obama doesn't appear to have made any endorsements — at least publicly — in the 2020 race, which once included 20 Democrats with Biden as a front-runner.....and he's been particularly absent during Biden's struggle with his formidable opponent, Pres Trump.
