Of course he did in my opinion and so did Barack and the Mooch and others most likely. Money was laundered thru Hunter.
Watch Giuliani's "Common Sense" episode that he put out today: The BIDEN CRIME FAMILY'S Payoff Scheme. He flat-out says it's not just a rumor, but he has evidence of Hunter paying off "The boss" and "pop" with Ukraine, Russian, and Chinese money to the tune of tens (maybe hundreds) of millions of dollars.
This episode is really worth watching.
Please understand that Rudy was never a politician in the strict sense of the word. He was a prosecutor who went after the toughest indictments and the biggest crooks. This is probably like the Holy Grail and the lottery all rolled into one ball for him.
Sadly, Rudy is NOT the best communicator for this. In the video he comes across as a frustrated elderly man, squinting and trying to read the teleprompter in front of him.
