It varies based on where you live. They’re going to spend the money where it’s going to do the most good. If the polls where you live show either the state is solidly in the Republican camp OR that there’s no way that it would ever go Republican, you’re not going to see money wasted on ads through local media.

A ‘battleground’ state will see a TON of ads from both sides.

The goal is to get enough electoral college votes, not popular votes. If a state is going to go red, then it doesn’t matter if you got 50,000 extra votes from that state or 100,000 extra votes. You don’t get any more electoral college votes by winning a state with a bigger margin.

A fact missed by most on here. Thanks for the common sense post. They don't understand that there's not an unlimited amount of money for ad blitzes in every market. It needs to be spent where it's going to do the most good.

The Hildabeast won Nevada by a narrow margin, 2.4%. She won only two counties.

We may not be a battleground state, but we are Battle Born!

And with our democrat governor, and democrat congress critters we are thoroughly sick and tired of democrats lording over us.

Nevada Ping!

To add your name to the frighteningly short Nevada ping list, FReepmail me...
