It doesn’t impact all pistols with braces. Only a specific manufacturer and only some of their products.

On what basis did that evil agency do this?

On the basis that they can, try and stop them if you want.

And on the further basis that they want to be good and ready on November 4th, when the door-to-door searches just might commence.

What part of “shall not be infringed” do they not understand.

Excerpt from the article: As of now, the ATF’s action is limited to the Q, LLC (Q) manufactured AR-15 pistol called the “Honey Badger,” but an expansion of the policy, which would impact all AR-15 pistols with pistol braces, is anticipated.

Yes, but I have no reason to doubt the excerpt's last clause.

#5: "What about women who worked for BAFT?"

They should be castrated too.

What part of “shall not be infringed” do they not understand.

The part that interferes with the socialist Rat's plan to finally achieve complete control of a populace living in fear and dependent on gov't handouts.

Precedent set. See “bump stocks”. And remember, there’s no such thing as a slippery slope. I’m sure this will not be even more abused when democrats are in power.

Let's see...

The FBI ignores the President's wishes...

The DOD & military leadership makes it clear that they think Trump is the enemy, so they'll do whatever they want...

The DHS, yesterday, told Trump to piss off by declaring white extremists as the Nation's most destructive terrorist people...

Now the ATF joins in and tells Trump and his supporters to piss off by declaring millions of pistols as illegal under rifle regulations...

Some questions:

  1. Who is running this country?
  2. Is the President a "one trick (federal courts) pony"?
  3. Has the President packed it in already?
  4. Has the time arrived to start exterminating these communist vermin?

Just asking... Don't know any of the answers any more...

I'm not defending the BATF. I think all the NFA rules are unconstitutional.

However, looking at it in Realpolitik, the decision is about one brand of pistol, the Q Pistol Honey Badger. I can't tell a difference from their stock and one for an SBR.

The typical "arm brace" has a hook that goes around the arm. *wink wink nudge nudge* you can use it as sort of a stock, but it's not very practical or ergonomic.

The Q Pistol has a straight up stubby stock, that can extend to shoulder length. There seems to be a band that you can pull out and put around your arm, but it's superfluous.

I think in the current climate, Q Pistol tried to fly too close to the sun, and is now getting burned.

Constitutionally, no!
But, since congress is too lazy, incompetent, partisan to actually do their jobs they have created several “Regulatory Agencies” to “Write implementing regulations” for their many ill-defined assaults on on our freedoms.

So BATFE gets a free hand to make “Regulations” that have the force of “Law”, without significant congressional oversight.
I had hope that Trump might do something about this, until he leaned on them (ATF) to implement the unconstitutional and irrational “Bump-Stock Ban”.

Hate to say it...But we may have already passed a tipping point, where an answer to your fourth question will hold the most significance.

“ What part of “shall not be infringed” do they not understand?”

My guess is the “not” part.

If Harris wins, the earliest it could happen is January 20. I don't think it will come that that, though.

Donald will crush her.

I'm not an attorney or a firearms expert, but I can't see any greater degree of lethality associated with the piece in question than a 12 gauge pump loaded with “00” buck. I see yet another example of a splitting hairs by a non- legislative body doing the Rats’ bidding.
