Trump tweeted once again that he would sign a check for the stimulus $1,200 tomorrow. He is playing this one very well in my opinion.
Can he bypass the House I know they have money for this set aside he had mentioned that a month or so ago. This rag Pelosi has been sitting on this for a while.
It’s amusing seeing Pelosi’s reactions when he’s outmanuvered her. Especially when she’s got no reasonable comeback.....you can count on her using a personal attack. She takes everything with Trump personally.
Right now there is nothing to sign or send, the House controls appropriations or $s. Trump needs to fix this or he will seriously hurt his reelection chances, his chances were good prior to this, Trump’s late night tweet are hinting that he knows it was a big mistake and he is trying to walk it back.
It’s not that what he said about Pelosi isn’t true-but by saying he will call off negotiating it plays right into the Dems hands politically. They can and will say he doesn’t care enough about the American people to negotiate. Most will never hear his, I would sign a $1200 stimulus tweet. The MSM will see to this.
