I think they developed different strains of the virus to account for mutation of the strain causing it to be less pathological. Once the main released strain went weak through mutation, they had other more pathological strains in the “quiver” for use. I also think many of the deep staters have been vaccinated. Like I said, would you release a bioweapon without first immunizing yourself.

Funny I had a dream about this a couple of nights ago (potus/covid/conspiracy) and laughed at it when I woke up. But it’s such a 2020 idea- I guess anything could be true now.
