Trump agreed to this so no sympathy for him.

Trump gets to spend his two minutes defending all the false accusations against him

Repeating your question:
Why is Trump agreeing to this?
Why is Trump agreeing to this?
Why is Trump agreeing to this?
Why is Trump agreeing to this?
Why is Trump agreeing to this?
Why is Trump agreeing to this?
A great deal of the bad sh!t happening can be blamed on his poor decisions.

He was just in Biden’s mail room as an intern so it’s all OK.

I have watched my last debate.
These debates are so slanted and biased as to be utterly useless.

Exactly. President Trump’s opening remark should be “Welcome Mr. Scully. I understand you used to work for Joe Biden. Is that right?”

“At the beginning of the debate, Trump should announce, in the interest of full disclosure, the nature of internships with prominent Democrats. Most people see the unfair treatment.”

And most people wouldn’t know about the unseemly connection otherwsie.
But, yeah, Trump needs to use his time better.
When the mod/Biden does something wrong and the mod turns to Trump to ask him a usual “beating your wife” question, Trump should ignore the asked question. Say, “I can’t let this/that go by” and point out & address the problem right then and there.

I would pay money to see a debate moderated by Levin!

Title: Having [exhumed] zombie Ted Kennedy as assistant debate moderator would be an entertaining improvement.

Just send Prissy Chrissy to the Bastille and be done with it. Even his own colleagues at Fox Fox trashed him on Twitter for his obvious bias during the debate.
If these clowns insist on bringing a mute button to silence the President of the United States during a debate, President Trump should instantly boycott any more debates. Instead Trump should do town halls in the swing states moderated by people like Mark Levine, Rush etc.
You reach the locals more effectively with targeted townhalls in their counties.

At the very least, the commission on debates needs to stop calling themselves non-partisan.
To: Fiji Hill
Well his point man in the negotiations was Rudy Giuliani, but at the end of the day, Trump himself had to sign off on it.
Trouble with Trump is, he just looks at the ratings the debates will get and then agrees to garbage moderators and conditions. Trump is the star here. He doesn't have to agree to anything.

The weak Republicans ALWAYS get screwed on the debate moderators. They are complete idiots for agreeing to this. Why dont the Dems EVER have to agree to a more conservative moderator. They are weak because they chose to be such. They are elitist.

They can take it even further. They can rig this so bad that Trump could look terrible. Go way beyond just feeding Joe the questions. Trump and his team could pitch a bitch afterwords but the damage will be done.
