President Trump wins re-election
GOP gains a seat or two in the Senate
GOP regains the House
President Trump proposes adding two seats to SCOTUS but only 9, selected at random vote on any one issue.
The Dems would just go nuts. Well, they are already nuts .... so no major loss there.
The long march through the institutions. Straight out of the playbook.

Repeal the 17th amendment. Return Senators to appointment by State Legislatures with a majority of State Legislators in attendance on the date the vote is scheduled. Add in that they may be recalled and fired and replaced at any time a majority of the State Legislature pleases. They should serve at the will of the State, and serve We The People.
I do hope that is the correct amendment number. THAT would balance the Fed off against the States power wise.
