We, in NJ, are apparently being forced to vote by mail.

This comes to me via the NJ Board here on FR. I believe it deserves wider attention.

I have been advocating voting in person because it had been my impression that votes cast on Election Day would be counted that day. Apparently this is not to be the case here in NJ. (See the link I've given about or click here.)

I still believe that voting in person is best for all Trump supporters so long as they have reasonable confidence that their vote will be tallied on Election Day. But it is obviously best to find out what is going to happen in your jurisdiction, and if it is as it seems it will be in NJ, to vote by mail as early as possible.

November: Wow, 23 out of 20 persons in the State voted for Democrats.

The DEMs are going to steal this election any way they can. I’m convinced of it now. Before, it was just a fear. PA, MI, and WI will be flipped.

I would recommend RETURN in-person to whatever county BoE location is yours. I would imagine most union postal workers lean left in NJ

I'm not sure the Republicans are Column 1 in every county. BE SURE TO CHECK!

No place for ballot drop off?

It MUST go through the mail?

Even in CA there will be polls open for those who want to use them. Probably fewer, but they’ll be open.

The ENTIRE election process -dates, times and protocol- is LEGISLATED in the States.
If the NJ legislature did not legislate the changes, they are not applicable.
An emergency mandate cannot usurp the Constitutional powers of the Legislature unless that order also sets aside the State’s Constitution.
Forcing you to vote by mail is the equivalent of a poll tax, just as requiring an ID to vote is argued to be a poll tax.
You are being denied your Constitutional privilege to vote.
It is a violation of 18USC241 and the local FBI office needs to be made aware.
AG Barr has “priority-tasked” the FBI with investigating violations of 18USC242.

Yesterday I spoke with a friend who is the Commissioner of Elections in one of the counties here in NJ. Since in person voting involves provisional ballots, he suggested that I instead use a “Murphy mail-in ballot,” carefully follow the instructions, including intelligible signature and inserting it in the proper envelope and, instead of mailing it, deposit it, on election day, into the special box which will be placed in front of the county administration building. He’s a stalwart conservative and assured me that if the above procedure is scrupulously followed, my vote will be counted.

It it my impression you can vote in person but only by using a provisional ballot and only at the as yet unnamed voting stations.

Murphy will probably have the in person voting locations for Sussex County down in Cape May Court House.

You can vote in person in NJ.

You can submit your voted ballot at a polling place on election day, at a drop box or by mail. Machine voting is only available for the disabled.

I didn’t know what the heck to do until yesterday when I receive this email from the Republicans. I was going to take my ballot to the polling place on election day. Glad they finally let us know that the Best way to get our vote counted is by mailing it in EARLY OR dropping it into a drop box as EARLY as possible. Once again.. https://www.monmouthcountyvotes.com/vote-by-mail-drop-box-locations/

Make sure you staple, superglue, duck tape the envelope you sign before you return. Don’t make it easy for them to steam open the envelope and take out your ballot and insert one of theirs.
