I hardly order anything anymore from Amazon. Not only are most items overpriced, but there is no guarantee that you will actually get what you ordered due to the way they run their logistics.

I've been ordering more online from Walmart, so far it has been a good experience.

Also found out that Dollar Tree has a great online shopping experience. They offer free delivery if you pick up at the store! Great for arts and craft stuff as it's so cheap - only bad part is that it's easy to order too much!

My experience with Wal-Mart.com is...if you buy thru Wal-Mart.com, but it’s a 3rd party provider, Wal-Mart will not support you if there’s a problem. There isn’t even a way to talk to a human at Wal-Mart.com about the problem. This was a couple years ago, so it may’ve changed. I had to go thru PayPal the get resolution back then. Paypal was incredibly helpful.

Amazon is very easy to return products.
